Pronounced “sah-KAY”, the quality and flovor is determined by the rice, the rice polishing, water, yeast and the koji which converts the rice into sugar for fermentation. Sake is also vegan friendly, gluten free, low in sugars and contains no tannins or sulfites. KAMPAI!
